Dr. Narges Baluch, M.D., FAAP, FRCPC
Funder and Director
She is the Founder and Owner of CalCafi, P.C. Clinics, a center dedicated to providing exceptional allergy and clinical immunology care. A board-certified allergist and immunologist, Dr. Baluch is known for her expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions, as well as her compassionate approach to patient care.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CalCafi, P.C. Clinics, a leading center for allergy and immunology care. With a distinguished background in medical science and novel immunotherapy researches, Dr. Bayat Mokhtari brings a wealth of knowledge and innovative thinking and research mind to the clinic.

General Pediatrician
Dr. Ramin Amani is a Board Certified pediatric physician practicing since 2005. His vast clinical experience as a pediatrician includes community outpatient settings as well as inpatients pediatrics and some neonatology experience as a hospitalist. Dr. Amani provides excellent care for pediatric patient and his presence ensures continuity of care for pediatrics patients at CalCafi, P.C. clinics.
Dr. Koorosh Kooros, M.D., AGAF
Pediatric Ggastroenterologist
Dr. Koorosh Kooros is a pediatric gastroenterologist and previous director of advanced endoscopy at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego. Dr. Kooros is an expert in the field of capsule endoscopy and has several publications on this topic. Along with capsule endoscopy, his clinical interests include therapeutic endoscopy, GI disorders in autism spectrum disorders, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and eosinophilic esophagitis.
Our patients benefit from a close, collaborative relationship between Dr. Baluch and Dr. Kooros which is essential for diagnosing and managing complex allergic and immune-mediated gastrointestinal (gut) disorders. Many conditions-such as eosinophilic esophagitis, food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome, and non-IgE mediated food allergies-require the combined expertise of both allergy and GI specialties to ensure accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and comprehensive patient care. Dr. Arezo Alamdaryazdi is a Family Medicine resident in Temecula with a strong commitment to caring for both pediatric and adult patients. She is actively involved in preclinical and clinical research projects at CalCafi, P.C. Clinics, collaborating closely with Dr. Narges Baluch and Dr. Reza Bayat Mokhtati under Dr. Baluch’s supervision.
Dr. Alamdaryazdi is known for her innovative and initiative‑driven approach, frequently generating new ideas for research questions and study designs aimed at patients who do not respond to traditional treatment strategies. Through her work on allergy, immunology, and related conditions, she helps translate complex clinical challenges into research projects that can lead to more effective, personalized therapies for CalCafi’s pediatric and adult patients.
Upon completion of her Family Medicine residency, Dr. Alamdaryazdi will join the CalCafi, P.C. clinical team as a Family Medicine specialist, further strengthening our integrated, research‑driven model of care and expanding access to comprehensive, evidence‑based services for families. Her goal and efforts align with humanizing medicine and providing the best supportive care for families.
